For those that didn't hear about this yet (I just heard about it a bit ago myself)... but there's a picture of Vice President Cheney wearing sunglasses. Odd thing was you could make out a reflection in the lens, which many stated was a naked woman. Seems the official word is it is Cheneys hand holding a fishing rod. Tongue out

24 New Species Discovered

24 new species found by scientists in Suriname. The purple and black toad they found looks pretty neat looking. Even though I don't like snakes the one they found is cool looking also. Too see the other species just follow the link and then launch the slide show.

Heroes Season 1, 35% Off

You can pre-order Heroes Season 1 from Amazon.com for 35% off the normal price. It's listed as $59.98 but for now you can get it for $38.99. You can also get the HD-DVD version for 35% off but price is a good bit different. Normal price would be $99.98 but you can pre-order it for $69.95. Both have a release date of Aug 28, 2007, one day after my birthday.

SotNW Beta on Fileplanet

Those that are subscribers to Fileplanet can get a Sword of the New World limited beta key. But you better hurry it's first-come, first-served. Better believe I got mine.

Control up to 3 characters at once, be your own team if you choose so. Never have to worry about spending hours searching for a group... of course that's all up to you.

Warhammer Online Beta Sign-Up

Head on over to EAMythic Beta Center to sign-up for the Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning beta.

UO to Be Reborn

For those that didn’t know, UO is getting reborn sometime this summer. It’s getting an all-new graphics engine that looks MUCH better then the old 2D -3D engine. It’s called Ultima Online: Kingdom Reborn. All this will be is all-new graphics nothing else.

But if that’s not enough sometime after it’s release the 9th UO expansion pak will be coming out called Stygian Abyss. This will have a new race to play “Gargoyles” plus new dungeons, and all that fun stuff. So keep an eye open for both releases.

What I've Been Up Too...

Well any mmo gamer should've heard by now SOE acquired the assets of Sigil Games Online on 5/15/2007. So SoE now 100% owns Vanguard: Saga of Heroes. They promised no major changes, no NGE that happed to Star Wars: Galaxies. Hopefully they'll fix the performance issues that's still haunting Vangaurd.

My main game I'm playing right now tho is Lord of the Rings Online. A new mmo that is 1 month old and so far a VERY good one. One of the best mmo's to come out in a long time and the fact it's based off LotR is even more freakin' sweet. Last I read it was the #1 selling PC game in the US and also Europe. Doubt it'll be a WoW killer (could be wrong) but I feel it can give it a run for it's money.

Of course I still play my free mmo's off and on, plus messing with Free Style Street Basketball. Highly thinking of messing with Sword of the New World later this summer when it comes to the US. The first mmo that allows you to control up to 3 different characters at once on one account. Yep you can pretty much be your own group. Closed beta starts June 4th 2007 so you might want to go ahead and register for it.

Well that's about it for now. Maybe this time I'll keep this blog a bit more up-to-date. :)

To Save or Not to Save... - MSNBC.com

I cannot believe people would even have to ask that question. Of course it should've been saved, any animal that can be saved should be.

That one person stated "In the wild, it would have been left to die." So freakin' what? If a human baby is left alone it would die too. So are they saying they should be left to die also?
